Education is a current necessity.

Special persons have the same right to an education as everyone else. Yet, because of inadequate resources and facilities, special children cannot attend school, so they are paying someone to take my online course. In Massachusetts, special education services are available to children who qualify. Specialized training and allied treatments, including speech therapy, can be part of these programs. A special education counselor will decide if a child qualifies for these services after receiving a referral from parents or Early Intervention. Additionally, parents have the right to a copy of any evaluations that are conducted.
