Women who worked full-time and those with high school diplomas or above were significantly more likely to use herbal medicines during pregnancy (P less then 0.001 each). Conclusion To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the first study to determine the prevalence and associated factors of herbal medicine use during pregnancy in Hail. A 14-year-old boy was injured from playing football, and subsequently developed worsening abdominal pain. CT of the abdomen and pelvis was concerning for a mass of ascending colon, with free fluid in the pelvis.
