RESULTS MOG Ab-associated seizures occurred mostly during encephalitis, including a) "cortical encephalitis", a clinically poorly defined syndrome characterised by gray matter lesions on brain MRI, with or without subcortical white matter involvement; b) ADEM; c) NMDAR encephalitis with demyelinating features.
