Granuloma annulare (GA) and interstitial granulomatous dermatitis (IGD) are granulomatous dermatoses with variable clinical appearances. GA is associated with diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome, chronic infections, and malignancies, while two Japanese reports described unusual cases of interstitial-type GA in setting of Sjogren syndrome.
