We report the results of pharmacogenomics-based antidepressant treatment (PGXt) results in treating treatment-resistant major depressive disorder (TRD) patients in real practice. Nine patients were prescribed Neuropharmagen for selection of antidepressants for individual patient and their clinical outcomes were followed.
