This study was designed to evaluate the role of anti-CD74 antibodies in diagnosis of axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) and their relationship to disease duration and disease activity. Fifty patients with axSpA, 15 patients with RA and 15 healthy subjects were included in the study. Clinical examination and laboratory tests were done.
