Chromatin immunoprecipitation-qPCR assay was utilized to identify the Serelaxin effect on chromatin remodeling in the Rxfp1 promoter region in MCECs. Results Our results demonstrate a significant and dose-dependent anti-fibrotic effect of Serelaxin in the heart in both models.
