When I visited Alaska almost three decades ago, I started told via the tour guide that from the states on the nation, Alaska had the greatest incidents of rape. So you can sense assuming you have every visited Nome, for you are more bars on every street corner compared with NYC. Yet, Sarah Palin as Governor of Alaska has not addressed situation. Why should she? She doesn't believe in abortion in the event of rape or incest. A Governor is intended to act with respect to the people she represents, regardless of her own belief
