BACKGROUND We studied the natural history, genotype influence, and inter-relationship of epilepsy and neuropsychiatric disorders in tuberous sclerosis complex. METHODS Patients were identified using the TSC Natural History Database, the largest repository of longitudinally studied patients enrolled by the TSC Clinics Consortium.
