Multifocal nodular oncocytic hyperplasia is an uncommon oncocytic lesion that rarely occurs in the parotid gland. Here, we report a case of a 43-years-old woman who presented with isolated gradual swelling in the 2 parotid regions. She underwent exofacial right parotidectomy. Histologic exam confirmed the diagnosis of oncocytoma arising in a background of multifocal nodular oncocytic hyperplasia with a histological variant of clear cells.
